Interested in Hosting a Clinic?

Here's what you need to do:
1. Fill the spaces available in your clinic.
2. Prepare the facility site, round pen, arena.
3. Collect a non-refundable deposit of 50% of fees 30 days in advance. Fees are $450 for each 3-day clinic.
4. Minimum of 8 horse/mule/human teams.
5. Maximum of 14.
6. In return for hosting a clinic, the host is allowed one free space in the clinic (the 9th space) on their clinic dates only.  In addition, 50% of auditing fees are returned to the host.
7. Auditors fee is $30 per day, for the full day or any portion thereof

No restrictions to the number of auditors.

Participants and auditors will not be allowed to videotape the clinic.

Arena and stall fees are your responsibility, not to be included with clinic fees.
